I began a three day prayer and fasting as God directed me to do, on December 29, 1969 to round off the year. The session was to end on 31 st of December of the same year.
On the afternoon of the second of the three days prayer session. I in the midst of eight others, saw the figure of somebody by my side, This person called my name three times, and enquired to know if,Iwill be prepared to accomplish a great task He wishes to assign to me,
"Yes, Iwill, if the Lord empowers me to" I answered, assuredly, and then the divine voice explained the difficult and complex nature of the assignment.
I was not frightened by the revelations of the complexity and enormity of the task, I was to accomplish,
Before this time, it was clear to me that the figure and the voice
The Lord said, "The world is suffering, Because of sin. People
Of the world are afflicted by diseases and diverse sicknesses, "Diseases and illness caused by sin cannot be healed by any doctor.
'Diseases caused by enemies and sin cannot be diagnosed by any medical practitioner. No injection can cure night mares, nor can any loving friend no matter how powerful, be able to save anyone from wars directed at him In his dreams",
The Lord told me that any town or home which lacks light shall
be overtaken by darkness.
And that was what happened in Nigeria before the Lord Himself raised a faithful servant - Late Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, in 1930 when light and life were restored.
In Feb. 1933, God removed the power in the concoction mainly of leaves prepared by herbalists for their clients. Since then Herbalists have continued to exploit those who go to them for assistance, not realizing how empty they and their occupation had become,
Herbalists have long become empty and hence impotent. The herbs they trusted have lost the power in them. This is why people can no longer get healings for their sickness from herbalists,
Lots of people die in their primes. Satan has cast a spell over many people who have not known the Saviour.
Evil doers are on the increase.
What pains God most, is that Christian Churches no longer
depended on Him for rescue and healing, instead they take delight in directing their members to hospitals.
Most spiritual churches which hitherto depended only on faith
healing, have lost that faith. This is not unconnected with the disappearance from their midst of the power the Holy Spirit, which had been the source of the power in them when they relied in it for faith
healing. GOD PITIES, VVARNS and PROMISES
This deviation has resulted in people, including those who
profess Christianity to be afflicted by sickness for as long as six years
without receiving healing.
The Lord says He pities the entire nation because enemies
have disrupted the lives of many people.
Most barren women are become helpless and confused as to
what to do to their harrowing conditions.
Many women die without bringing forth children. Some of those
who are productive end up with still births and children who die prematurely and these have gone onthe increase.
Almost everybody in the society wants to get rich quick and
believes that this ambition can only be achieved by relying in the use of
Some people believes that they can only be rich through
kidnapping of fellovv human beings and selling them for money.
The Lord reveals that groups such as Familiar Spirits, Witch
crafts and mermaids, have requested from Satan who in turn have flooded the world with long term pregnancies for both young and old
The Lord carefully told of the variety of difficulties facing the
people, and those which will confront them in the immediate future. He promised to through me establish a place of pilgrimage for people to converge bringing their many problems which defy all forms of solutions; This, the Lord promises to do because the 'I am the Lord
God that does not fail'.
'The place for this pilgrimage shall be known and called "OLUWA OLORUN KOSEUNTI translated to mean the "place of the Lord who never fails"
The Lord directed that the meeting shall be held initially on one day of every month, and then to two days rising to three days eventually to four days and finally rising to 7 days at what point it remains.
You are however expected by the Lord never to stay away from the monthly KOSEUNTI meetings. Not even when you will be far away from Nigeria doing some kind of cruising round the world, you must break the cruise and ensure that you are present at the meeting.
The Lord revealed that there shall be great difficulties at the inception of the meeting and many would malign and speak maliciously against the purpose of the meeting. It will not in any way deter its growth to becoming a world acclaimed get together of Christian.
The Lord said that when some people are asked why they have stopped going to church their replies are more often than not that one disease or the other which they are suffering from makes it impossible for them to be at church services. He therefore decided to establish the KOSEUNTI MONTHLY PILGRIMAGE and use it to stop people from making excuses for not serving Him. The promises to grant the KOSEUNTI meeting, power and authority so that miraculous acts can be performed with ease.
"Dig a well or sink a borehole" the Lord instructed, "which water every -body shall use for the treatment of all kinds of ailments including such problems as may not have medical interpretations"
The Lord promises to abolish medication and its uses for the second time, He having done so before, in the 1930's. It is regrettable that people have gone back to the use of medicines which had once been abolished.
SOME SIGNIFICANT HAPPENINGS BY THE WELL
When Moses was fleeing from Egypt he met 7 daughters of the priest of Midian by the well side, who took him to the priest (Jethro).
It was by a well side that Eleazar met Rebecca, Isaac's wife. It
was by the side of the same well that Jacob met Rachel who took him to his uncle.
Jesus met the woman of Samaria through whom the people of Samaria were saved, by a well side.
There is no gainsaying the fact that the significance of wells extend beyond the comprehension of man, in that many memorable events took place by a well side
As had been said earlier. .the Lord will perform great miracles through (the well) water. Lots of significant healings shall be made by the Lord because of the existence of the well.
Those who believe in the Lord's power, using the water shall be made good Christians.
The importance of water cannot be over-emphasized because no matter how powerful or serious the outbreak of fire may be, water usually is the master, Yes It is so, because water can quell fire outbreaks.
So it is, that God shall use water from the Koseunti well, to put out ail the fire pured into several people's lives, by Satan.
The Lord says that He shall use the words coming out of my mouth to save many souls which were stricken by Satan and were doomed to perish.
The Lord also promises to restore the power of prayer to the nation for the people to appreciate the greatness of God. In other words, through Koseunti, the Lord promises to revive the nation completely.
THE NEED TO FAST AND PRAY
People attending the Koseunti meeting are only required to fast and have faith. With the fulfillment of this simple directive, great miracles can happen.
I dare to say it once more, the Lord said that at the inception of the Koseunti meetings, people will trickle in, until the pilgrimage would have become very widely known throughout the world.
The Lord also promises, that is, if His law and commandments are kept by us, to develop the pilgrimage to the point that Governments shall not only recognize the significance of Koseunti
and the first days of each month, they would honour the days.
The time shall come when most Traders, Contractors and independent business peopie, shall close their business houses and outlets to customers on the first days of each month, to attend the Koseunti prayer meetings.
At each months get-together, the Lord promises to give keys of blessings, the power of protection, success and victory on all things to people present.
People shall see and experience the many miracles of God.
But they should be warned concerning sinning and always told and remind of the second coming of our Lord which is at hand.
The Lord God directs that of the 12 months of the year, the first day of the eleven months shall be observed with fasting, leaving the remaining one for anniversary celebrations.
On the anniversary day, announcement will be made to all, as to who the "Lord God that never fails is". That day shall be for praising the Lord, by everybody. It shall be a day of dancing, rejoicing, eating and merry making.
It shall be a day of thanksgiving, everyone giving gifts to the Lord through His servants, for is kindness. People shall pay their vows whole heartedly on that day and make fresh vows for the solving of what ever difficulties are before them.
God revealed many things to me on that December day, while praying with eight others as I had already mentioned - in a building.
I signalled and requested them to remain quiet while the revelations unfolded, for 21/2 hours, that is, from 12.00 noon to 2.30p.m, the length of the revelations, the whole house was completely quiet.
I told the people with whom I was praying what I saw in the vision. I directed my secretary, then Evan. J. I. Emmanuel to write out the vision, make copies and send one especially to the then Akure district Superintendent of the C.A.C. the late Pastor Akinade.
It was not possible for us to conclude the letter writing and all
the necessary arrangements before 1st of January, 1970, hence the first meeting of Koseunti took off on the 1st of Feb. 1970.
There were oppositions from many quarters. Pastors of many churches warned their members against attending any of the Koseunti meetings. Just as the Lord had already revealed there were people who spoke maliciously and blasphemously to suggest that Prophet Obadare had come out with his own personal doctrinal teachings.
Although this campaign went a long way to reduce the
expected large attendance, it did not ruin the inaugural meeting. Only 36 people attended the first meeting.
The excuse which male folks gave, was that they were not
chanced, considering that they will be at work at the scheduled time of meetings. We then decided to change men's meeting time to night time vigil. Altogether, 14 men attended the first Koseunti meeting.
THERE WERE OTHERS WITH ME TOO
Of this number, four people distinguished themselves as dedicated workers in God's vine yard, because they played very active parts in putting together what has grown to becoming where people from all parts of the country and from other foreign lands converge every first day of each month to pray to glorify the Lord.
These stalwarts, cooperated with me advised me, planned with me and above all prayed with me ceaselessly.
Prominent amongst them - PRIMUS INTER PERES was the late Pastor J. A. Medaiyese General Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic Church.
Late Pastor Medaiyese who slept in the Lord on April 28, 1975,
missed the Koseunti meeting only twice from its inception in February 1970, to when he passed on to the great beyond. From the first Koseunti meeting to the date of his death is some five years and two
He missed the meeting of Koseunti on one occasion when he
travelled out and his vehicle developed some faults. He got to the place of meeting just as the grace was about to be said. On the second occasion, he was sick.
From the inception of this divine monthly get together in February 1970 to April 1 1975, the late Pastor Medaiyese consistently said the Grace at the end of each meeting.
Until he left this mortal world. the late Pastor showed great kindness to both the inauguration of the' OLUWA OLORUN KOSEUNTI meetings and its survival, He did this through ceaseless prayers He was indeed a remarkable man.
At the May 1 , 1973 meeting of Koseunti, late Pastor Medaiyese in a speech, likened the monthly get together of Koseunti as the return of the good inheritance which had eluded the C.A.C. in particular and Christianity as a whole.
He regretted that Christians had altered the Christian doctrine, most especially, that aspect which deals with divine healing.
In one of his usual reassuring speeches, he enjoined all Christians to return to divine healing as instituted by God through God the late Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola in 1930.
Pastor Medaiyese canvassed and did the best he could to make the OLUWA OLORUN KOSEUNTI meetings popular to and amongst many Pastors. He made personal efforts to see to it that dates for district meetings of the CAC, did not clash with Koseunti meetings. He intact, shifted dates for districts meetings of the CAC from the first day of every month.
May his souls rest in peace.
The second of stalwarts was another dedicated and fine worker in the Lords vineyard. He was no less than another late brother - D. Olaleye, a surveyor by profession.
Late brother Olaleye, was a foundation member of the meetings for men, which started off as group night vigils.
As earlier said, "we started off the men's vigil group with fourteen of us. Of this number, five men were members of brother Olaleye's family. He not only encouraged members of his family to remain as members of the prayer group, he canvassed and invited men to Join and attend meetings during vigil nights.
It is remarkable that at one time, brother Olaleye personally delivered 500 of the frist set of 1000 letters of invitation to prospective members of the Koseunti fold.
He was always by me, until six years later when he was transferred to Ado-Ekiti, a place he was until he slept in the Lord.
The third of the notable four is one and only Mrs Olabisi Ogunleye. She is a woman endowed with wisdom by God. She has always been a good counselor on matters relating to the growth and survival of the Koseunti pilgrimage, using her wealth of experience, having been connected with religious bodies like this one, hitherto.
Mrs Ogunleye is steadfast, fervent in prayers and strong willed. She came with these qualities from her former church, where she played a significant role.
It was an uphill task for me to motivate her prayerfully, however when she picked up and became geared to a more prayerful life style, she excelled those who were before her.
She publicised the Koseunti meetings extensively to and inside groups of people.
She had to travel to join her husband in the United States of America, barely eighteen months after the inception of the Koseunti pilgrimage.
Inspite of the fact that she was away from the country for seven years, her enthusiasm remained high. All through her stay in the U.S., Mrs Ogunleye remained committed to the cause of the meeting.
On her return to the country a few years back, she was exceedingly joyful that the OLUWA OLORUN KOSEUNTI prayer meeting had become known allover the country, including even the farthest nooks. She is at present a National Matron of the WORLD SOUL WINNING EVANGELISTIC MINISTRY.
The last but not the least of the four nobles, is Elder Bamilosin, from Odo-Ode, Idanre.
Elder Bamilosin, organised four main prayer groups in his area to pray for the progress of Koseunti. His contributions to the growth of this prayer meeting cannot be over-emphasised, because it reflected in the number of people who attended the monthly meeting from Idanre. Infact in the first five years of its establishment, Idanre area recorded the highest attendance.
It is regrettable however that Elder Bamilosin has not been attending the Koseunti monthly meetings for some years now, for unclear reasons.
I have personally tried to persuade him to stage a comeback before the end of time.
At this juncture, I would like to update the personal data of the four individuals whose resume, I painted above - Late Pastor J. A Medaiyese was from Akoko; late brother Olaleye hailed from IkoleEkiti; Mrs Bisi Ogunleye hails from Ido Ani and Elder Bamilosin is from Efon Alaaye, all in Ondo State of Nigeria.
I thank God also for making use of another three gentlemen who have contributed in no small measure in publicising this meeting in Akure.
They are Pastor J. O. Adegoroye, Elder David Eleyineko, alias Two Jolly Brothers and Elder Nathaniel Oluwatimehin.
Pastor Adegoroye is the Assistance General Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Akure. Pastor Adegoroye used and still uses his energy, knowledge and wisdom in supporting the growth of the KOSEUNTI meeting since returning to Akure his hometown.
He has publicised the Koseunti meeting extensively in Akure.
He attends the monthly prayer meetings regularly. He does not miss any of the meetings without letting other Pastors know why he would not be attending.
Pastor Adegoroye frustrated the boycott plans of some Pastor who at the inception of Koseunti, dissuaded members of their congregations from attending the monthly meeting. This is evident today in that, many of the Pastors under his area of authority regularly attend the monthly pilgrimage. Infact any of the Pastors who fails to attend Koseunti monthly meetings without justifiable reason, usually had a case to answer from the AG.S. It is no doubt why Akure now accepts that attending KOSEUNTI meetings is a task worth accomplishing.
The second of the trio, is non other than Elder David Eleyineko, who is popularly known in Akure as Two Jolly Brothers.
He is a man with an unbending faith, steadfast and an individual with great qualities. He lives a prayerful life and proclaims divine healing in the midst of his friends, colleagues, his co-citizens and infact everywhere he goes.
He is also a foundation member of the OLUWAOLORUN KOSEUNTI monthly prayer meetings.
Since the inception of Koseunti, he has not absented himself from any of the monthly meetings.
He was a formidable member of the old Koseunti Committee.
He is currently the Treasurer of the re-constituted Koseunti Committee.
Elder Oluwatimilehin is the third person I would mention.
It is worth mentioning that this Elder shoulders a great portion of the burdens of Koseunti. He is known not to have missed any of Koseunti monthly prayer meetings, even when he is sick.
Elder Olutimilehin, labours quite firmly for the progress of this meeting. His indomitable zeal and enthusiasm, for the progress of this meeting, is highly commendable. He is the one man who has elderly advices to give in aid of Koseunti. He is generally concerned about the well-being of Koseunti.
Sometimes, this Elder, arrives for the monthly meetings a day earlier, inspecting and ensuring that everything is in order before the meeting.
These three children of God are being effectively used to publicise Koseunti in Akure. Fortunately, they are sons of the soil.
Only God and these three great sons of this town can attest the way and manner, the land of which the C.A.C, Oke Itura Church, WOSEM Secretariat and the KOSEUNTI meeting Hall was acquired.
I implore them to continue in their steadfastness to ensure the continued progress of Koseunti.
I am aware that they shall reap the fruits of their labours if they continue to uphold their opposition of Satan to the end.
OLUWA OLORUN KOSEUNTI otherwise OUR GOD WHO NEVER FAILS pilgrimage is a place to receive Healing and Salvation freely. The water which are fetched for all who attend the monthly meetings is free.
SOURCE OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Whosoever receives money for either healing, salvation, Koseunti water, oil or takes money as gratification for leading people
to the Prophet for consultation, violates the ordinance of the living God and that person shall have no part in the Kingdom of God.
Money collected during monthly meetings of Koseunti are as follows:
I. Thanksgiving - This is any amount given in appreciation of God's kindness in answering prayers of individuals.
ii. Vow - This is payment in fulfillment of special requests granted by God.
iii. As a practice, all those attending the Koseunti monthly meetings are required to fast on the first day of the month when meetings are rounded off. Part of the requirement is that all who so fast, make free offerings.
All these collections are in tune with the holy scriptures as contained in Psalms 50: 14; Matt. 6:2-4, Matt. 8:4 and Acts 10:3and4
During anniversary celebrations all who are present, will eat, drink and make merry. The food and drink which people consume during such occasions are pledged out of love by those of them in the foid who can afford. No one is coerced or forced.
This is also in keeping with the Holy scriptures as contained in Psalm 76'1'1: i Sam 1:3 and 4,9,21-28.
As has been said repeatedly, it is the command of the Lord that the first day of each month should be set aside for coming together to fast and pray.
Prophet Obadare is here addressing Pilgrims during one of Koseuntl's monthly prayer meetings.
On His immediate right is Pastor J.O. Adegoroye, C.AC. AGS Akure, WOSEM Controller of Evangelism, Pastor E.O.S. Oloruntoba is on the Prophet's left. Others in the picture, include Pastor Samuel Adeniran, WOSEM Organizing Secretary
moved for the monthly meetings.
What enthralls and sometimes surprises me is that God
regards this monthly get-together and counts it worthy for divine protection, because since the inception of the meeting to date, God has not allowed the evil spirits to have dominion over it.
This meeting has existed now for 15 years or 180 months, and
not any of the meetings had failed to hold - Glory be to God in the
The protection of God on all who attend Koseunti meetings is
total. Those who have records of sermons preached at Koseunti meetings will note that no one sermon has been repeated. God keeps
speaking to us diverse ways.
GOD MANIFESTS HIMSELF IN MIRACLES PERFORMED
The God who never fails is our God. He has wrought countless miracles since these past 15 years.
The Lord has made the Koseunti meetings a source of
protection for Nigeria. Wars, conflicts and other disasters which could nave befallen this nation are averted through the prayers of Koseunti
Barren women have been and are still being blessed with
children during these great Koseunti meetings. This is evidenced in the amount of time taken by those who come testifying to the goodness of God, who has given them their babies.
Women who usually had children who died premature now
come glorifying the Lord, whom it pleased and still pleases to correct
Woman with delayed or long term pregnancies are usually delivered of their babies without complications after attending the
Koseunti Prayer meetings.
Dear readers, you may wish to attend one of our monthly pilgrimages and see for yourself the joy and happiness usually on the faces of those who receive the wonderful blessings of God.
Come, interview farmers who are regular at the monthly meetings of Koseunti, and hear them testify to the wonder working power of God. Some of these fanners are men in their fifties and over, but unmarried, Come, see them with their usually young wives at Koseunti meetings. Many of the farmers could not have otherwise been able to buy bicycles, yet come see them in their cars.
They are farmers who held unto God instead of putting their trust on Juju and in fertilizer to enriched their lands. Our God is a wonderful God.
Farmers who come to Koseunti used Koseunti water to spray their crops notably cocoatrees instead of such things as Germalin, made especially for treating cocoa.
Farmers who were poverty stricken, now own houses of their own and becoming land-lords for tenants. Glory be to our God who never fails.
One woman gave a wonderful testimony at one the monthly meetings.
She was a big trader or what many want to call big-time business woman.
The woman was attacked and wounded by evil people. She lost her four motor vehicle through accidents. Of her three buildings, she lost in the fire disasters.
Through there mishaps, she became very highly indebted to friends and to same of her business associations to the tune of N50,000 (fifty thousand Naira) but within fifteen months of her coming to Koseunti meetings, the good Lord helped her out of indebtedness and assisted her in reconstructing one of the two buildings she had earlier lost in a fire disaster. She also was able to replace through new acquisitions, two of the vehicles she had lost in accidents, earlier.
God has continued to perform wonders in the lives of traders, contractors and self employed business people, who He blesses
Abundantly, save from indebtedness and bestows complete redemption.
These blessings are achieved without necessarily going to
herbalists, occultists or other categories of medicine men.
Mr. Kehinde O/adejo of Osogbo who was deaf and dumb for 20 years.
The Lord healed him at a Koseunti meeting
These independent business people are become satisfied with the provisions of the Lord, that some of them who Were erstwhile smugglers desisted from such acts.
Some cases were hopeless, but the Lord was always at and to rescue His faithful servants.
Many, civil servants, both men and women have always
enjoyed the mercies of God, who continually manifests Himself in their lives.
Most civil-servants who attend the monthly meetings of koseunti are continually receiving the miraculous blessing from "Our God who never fails" by way of being promoted and receiving special
favours in their places of employment.
Students are also not excluded from receiving God's blessings
Those who attend Koseunti, have been scoring more successes in examinations. Those who are known fail examination in the past have had failures turned to successes. Many of them who did not worship the Lore] prior to knowing about the monthly meetings of Koseunf have become true children of God.
A. host of students have become very good in prayers and fasting and are being endowed with the wisdom of God. Students are beginning to see reason with the directives that they should be obedient to God, their parents and authority. This is usually reflected in their letters to me.
Many people have been save or redeemed at monthly meetings of Koseunti, and accordingly baptized where necessary.
We conduct baptism monthly.
Countless Muslims have been converted into Christianity. They include Alhajas and leaders in the Muslim religion.
Most of them are testifying to the power of God who we serve and the fact that He God, has chosen the Bible for them instead of the Quran.
Muslims, many of whom are regularly being baptised, form a great proportion of our converts.
Many of them continually receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and see visions.
Juju worshippers who come to Koseunti and listen to sermons return to tneir vanous bases to renounce and destroy gods they
Many who considered worshipping in churches as unnecessary rituals, now go to churches and are usually blessed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.
I will want to emphasize that the salvation of the souls of these
people are precious and hence priceless to me.
The healing power of our God who never fails, cannot be overemphasised. One should come and see, what measure of work the Lord is performing during the monthly meetings of Koseunti.
God has continually healed people of diverse sickness such as insanity, deafness, blindness, diabetes, tuberculosis, migrane, meninqities. hunchback etc.
I believe, that by the power of the living God, WOSEM will publish these and variety of miracles in its journal which will soon be in
SOME TRADITIONAL RULERS ARE DEDICATED TOO.
We thank God for touching the minds of a few of our traditional rulers who now attend the monthly meetings of Koseunti on regular basis. A few of these traditional rulers have met the Lord and He has in turn been solving their problems.
Prominent amongst these traditional rulers is the Akinla of Erin
Ijesha, Oba Adeosun, who has been mightily blessed through these meetings. God has been supporting him and has granted him victory
in court cases.
Obas, Chiefs and other Dinitaries listening with part attention to a sermon being delivered at one of Koseunti's meeting
This Oba has continually confessed the goodness of God with pride amongst his colleagues.
We will invite these traditional rulers to tell the world more about the great mercies of God, in our journal, which will soon be published.
We hear of the wonderful story of the Onire of Ire, who will this year 1985 be celebrating the golden jubile anniversary of his enthronement.
He confessed that he relied so much on tablets for his health before our God who never fails. However since three years of his coming to Koseunti regularly good health has been fully restored to him, without the use of tablets which he has since discarded.
This Oba who is above 70 years old, feels younger and stronger than the young.
God has raised visionary, prophets and other servants, who are endowed with different gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Those who lose the gifts of the Holy Spirit are usually having them restored to them during attendance of the monthly meetings of Koseunti.

To know Christ as we ought and make Him known to the world - as the creator of the universe and the only savior and deliverer. The World Soul Wining Evangelistic Ministry was founded by Apostle Dr. T. O. Obadare, based on the eagerness of God upon His creations and the instruction of Jesus which says, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." This man of God has been in ministry for 59 years.
